things have been going fairly well lately. I dunno how much I'll keep up on this blog- maybe I will though just so people know what's going on w/us, we don't really hae a lot going on these days...
Kaylee's turning 2 on the 23rd, and her party will be on the 21st. It's going to be such a fun day I think! I'm looking forward to it. My hope was to lose, just FIVE pounds before her birthday. I can still do that, but my motivation for exercise beyond working, the house and the kiddo have been nil. BOO! Maybe I can change that. I think if I were to get out in the morning, I'd have more energy later in the day. i could take 30 minutes to walk, and then come home take a quick shower, and get back to work during my lunch break. It would most definitely be a huge blessing in the end- if Icould JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did it three times the week before, but this week, BLAH! nadda. :) The house is clean though, so that's a feat in it's own! I just know I'm tired of feeling like this, and nothing is going to change that but myself.
my sister will be coming next monday to help me get things cleaned up around set up, and it'll be SOOO good to have the help since Brian works so much. He's gone from 10am-probably about 9 or 10pm. It stinks! BUT! I'd take this any day, and I feel blessed. :-) Last year I don't even want to say how we were able to pay for Kaylee's party, and this year I feel at ease about it, and excited. We're going to go pick out Kaylee's little birthday cake next week when my sister's here, and I'll price costco pizzas. If they're cheap enough we'll have them baked them and put in a order, and Brian can go pick them up right before the party. If not, our alternative is happily Papa Murphy's, but would just mean more work! ;) I have a long list of to do's for the shin-dig, there's goin to be a lot of people here! But I'm excited, and happy to have them! And My beautiful sweet girl will be worth the special day! She's such an amazing kiddo! we spent about an hr on the phone w/my mom last night reading this huge animal book, encyclopedia for kids w/whinnie the pooh. Real pictures though, and she'll repeat just about any word you ask her too- and she'll repeat the sounds. A LOT of them she already knows- what's funny is she'll point to the spider and say bug. then you said, yes, and it's a spider.. "eeewwwww" lol. So funny!
It helps she's so darn cute and sweet! :)
K that's it for now he he... until next time....
